About Us

Trust and respect had to be earned over time in order for communities to hire a professional management company versus self-management. Over the years, GPI’s client base has grown steadily year-by-year, as more and more communities are built in the Tampa Bay area. We do not advertise for new business, clients are developed by word of mouth. Thanks to our reputation for quality, we have seen tremendous growth, now managing over 100 communities in central Florida and servicing over 35,000 families. GPI has become recognized as the industry leader for working with the developer from the ground up and assisting new communities at the time the association is turned over to the homeowners.

Flexibility is GPI’s philosophy of professional property management. GPI offers customized property management services suited to the individual needs of the Association, because every Association has special requirements. By the virtue of our many years of experience, we can assist the association in deciding what services are needed for their community. Some communities need on-site management services, most need off-site management services and others simply need accounting. The one constant is our commitment to serve the community’s need and serve them fully, by their definition.

The company and its staff have always supported and been involved both on local, state and national levels with community association management organizations. GPI has always taken an active role in the communities that we manage, as well as the community association industry.
