Greenacre Properties, Inc. was founded in 1974 by Jeffrey L. Greenacre, CPM. Our commitment to our clients, through our attention to detail and our “personal touch” service, sets us apart and makes GPI the leading property management organization in the Tampa Bay Area. What hasn’t changed in all these years is our uncompromising belief that second best just won’t do.

GPI was established in a time when the community owned property concept was just beginning to take hold in Florida. It was a business born out of the need for a new kind of management. Foresight has guided this company for over thirty years, as the community association management field developed into the major industry that it is today. As one of the groundbreaking companies in this field, GPI has been in the forefront of property management. At the time the company was founded, the idea of a company that manages only community associations was not a common one. When community associations were just beginning to develop, there were no standards set; no examples to follow and most associations were managing themselves. One of the things that set GPI apart from the others in the industry, was our customized accounting software system designed specifically for community association accounting.
