General Ledger

GPI prepares a monthly financial for the Association, which includes; Balance Sheet, Income Statement, General Ledger Compilation Report, Delinquent Report, Prepaid Assessments Report, Open Payable Report and Check Register.

GPI prepares journal entries for prepaid insurance, prepaid expenses, reserve accruals, other income items, interest, transfers, payable expenses, etc.

GPI reconciles bank statements.

GPI prepares a year-to-date ledger upon request. This report is heavily utilized during the budget preparation period to easily view expenses of the year in a neat and concise format, it is used by the auditor in preparing tax returns and year-end audits.

General Ledger – GPI has the capability of electronically sending financial statements to the board members for review. These financial statements are also available to board members via www.greenacreproperties.com under the secured Board Members Only section.
