GPI has maintenance operations performed as instructed by the Board of Directors and will coordinate and observe contracted operations. GPI will be responsible to see that maintenance or repair of the Associations assets will be carried out under the amounts budgeted.
GPI assists the Board with approval/disapproval of architectural changes by implementing the forms necessary to comply with the Association documents, bylaws and facilitating the process.
GPI assists in contract specifications and solicit bids as requested by the Board of Directors. GPI shall observe work performance during routine property inspections and update the board as to the progress.
GPI receives and responds to homeowner inquiries of miscellaneous problems and complaints during working hours.
GPI provides 24-hour call in service for emergency repairs of property owned and maintained by the Association.
GPI provides General Contractor services and handyman support for those Associations who care to use GPI’s service company.
